LEMON DROP CAKE - Bake a boxed lemon cake mix in a sheet cake pan. Mix 1 C. powdered sugar and 1/4 C. lemon juice until smooth. When cake is still warm, poke holes all over the top with a fork and pour the stuff over it. Spread it with a spoon so that all the holes get filled. Refrigerate for a couple of hours then frost with a tub of lemon frosting.
